Caroline attended the Goodman School of Business in St. Catharines, where she obtained her Honours BBA degree with a concentration in Marketing. She completed an exchange semester in Lille, France at IÉSEG École de Commerce in her third year. She enjoyed the variety of modules provided by the intensive course structure, as well as the cultural enrichment outside of the classroom. It was a fantastic way to learn about global perspectives and improve her bilingualism.

Since graduating in 2020, Caroline began working as the Office Manager at her family landscaping and contracting company, responsible for its recent rebrand and the bookkeeping. She then went on to become a Customer Service Representative at BMO, gaining further practical experience in the financial industry. She now handles administrative duties, specifically the booking and portfolio preparation for all of our client meetings.

Her after-work activity of choice is heading to the gym or going for a hike in the sun with her dog, Molly.
